KPMG's Tax Governance Institute (TGI) has been established to create a forum for board members, management, stakeholders and government representatives to share knowledge regarding the identification, oversight, management and appropriate disclosure of tax risk. The TGI is open forum for board of directors, audit committee members and corporate employees directly or indirectly involved in the tax function.

A global network' - There are now ACIs in over 24 countries worldwide assisting audit committee members arcoss the globe in their quest to improve governance in organisations operating in, for example, China/Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Australia, the USA and United Kingdom.
The THAILAND ACI' - interacts with Thailand Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) listed companies and audit committee members of; mid and small companies, Thailand Institute of Directors and many more services in Thailand.
