In an age of ever-increasing risks due to continuing global economic uncertainty, regulatory pressure, business uncertainty and increasing complexity, the damage of failing to properly manage risks is now a major threat. Many companies are reassessing their risk management process to strengthen controls and effective risk oversight. KPMG is cordially inviting Audit Committee to discuss on the roles played by the board and audit committee in providing effective risk oversight.
