One of roles and responsibilities of the Audit Committee is to ensure that the effectiveness of financial reporting aspects as well as the quality of internal controls are consistently reliable. Working closely with the Management and Internal Audit function is essential in order to be successful. The real challenge is how to maximize the Internal Audit function as an effective tool of the Audit Committee.
