Increase regulatory oversight on NACC charter - New Challenge for Audit Committee
ผลกระทบจากกฏหมาย ป.ป.ช. “ความท้าทายใหม่สำหรับคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ”
From 1 January 2012, Charter or the Corruption Prevention and Oppression Act on criteria and how to prepare detailed income and expenditure accounts for individual or Company limited that have contracts with Government Agencies 2011 will become effective. Some companies are ready for this change; some are rising slowly and with many questions on how to comply with this new regulation. The Board and senior management, especially AC need to be well aware of the consequence and one step ahead in order to respond to the new challenges and change.
